Of all the coffee growing communities that we workwith, Nicaragua most prominently depends on strong female leadership. Women in the communityoften lead all aspects of coffee farming and processing, which we are happy and proud tosupport.With revenues from Fair Trade sales, PRODECOOP has purchased a dry mill, and newmachinery and equipment, all of which contribute to the cooperative?s quality standards.
